Diffuser user for life
I have offically become a diffuser user for life! Im currently in Alaska student teaching along with all the sleep changes, mood changes and food changes im so thankful for my diffuser!
I use daily for 8 hours and it makes such a difference! At night I put lavender, serenity, and balance in it to help with sleep and anxiety.
After school/on the weekends ill run it and put citrus bliss or wild orange in it to help uplift my mood!
The changes it has made is termondous without my diffuser I might of flown myself home!
I have also started taking my lifelong vitality and the difference I feel is amazing! Im not tired during the day when I take them. The biggest thing I notice is im not crabby! For me this really helps me deal with homesickness, mood swings, anxiety, etc.
Another great thing is doterra is huge in alaska already!

Playdough
On Monday I decided to make play dough for a student in my student teaching placement class. The recipe I used was awesome and made a large amount of play dough! This play dough was made to help calm this student down and relax!
Here is the recipe:
2 Cups flour
2 Cups colored water
1 Cup Salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
5 drops essential oils (I used 5 drops of Serenity & 5 drops of Wild Orange)
