As a volleyball coach I see the need for the deep blue rub. The players ask for it everyday before start, during the middle, and after practice. Many of them tell me they want some because they like how well it works. It's the little things that make your heart happy! 

Diffuser user for life

I have offically become a diffuser user for life! Im currently in Alaska student teaching along with all the sleep changes,  mood changes and food changes im so thankful for my diffuser! 
I use daily for 8 hours and it makes such a difference! At night I put lavender,  serenity, and balance in it to help with sleep and anxiety.
After school/on the weekends ill run it and put citrus bliss or wild orange in it to help uplift my mood!

The changes it has made is termondous without my diffuser I might of flown myself home!

I have also started taking my lifelong vitality and the difference I feel is amazing! Im not tired during the day when I take them. The biggest thing I notice is im not crabby! For me this really helps me deal with homesickness,  mood swings, anxiety, etc.

Another great thing is doterra is huge in alaska already!

What is the ZYTO COMPASS Bio-Energy Scan and how does it work?

The ZYTO COMPASS is cutting edge technology that that uses principles from Information Theory and Quantum Physics.

Playdough

Greetings Everyone! 
On Monday I decided to make play dough for a student in my student teaching placement class.  The recipe I used was awesome and made a large amount of play dough! This play dough was made to help calm this student down and relax! 

Here is the recipe:
2 Cups flour
2 Cups colored water 
1 Cup Salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
5 drops essential oils (I used 5 drops of Serenity & 5 drops of Wild Orange)

Having Trouble Sleeping?!

If your having trouble sleeping at night?!

If don't have all the oils try just lavender and serenity! 

Helps me sleep every night. 

My dad says he has never slept better since he has started using the oils. He doesn't even diffuse he just rubs lavender and serenity on his feet at night and he sleeps great!

I always hit my two o clock exhaustion point during the day. Today when washing clothes I thought to myself why not add peppermint to my water to help me stay awake! My clothes smelt so great and I can smell the peppermint! I will have to let you know if it works or not later this week! 

All I Did: 

Ran water in the washer.

Added two drops of peppermint to the water.

I still added my laundry detergent.

Then put the clothes in.

They smell amazing!!
